• Round-trip transfers are exclusively provided for hotels and residences centrally located in Dubai city, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
• Pick-ups from areas outside Dubai can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• The glass-bottom boat prohibits the boarding of women and children below 2 years of age.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult during the tour.
• Wheelchair and stroller access is available, with the exception of the ray encounter and penguin cave visit.
• Let Sky Tours is not liable for any unavailability of activities due to technical issues or adverse weather conditions.
• Operating hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM from Sunday to Wednesday and from 10 AM to 12 AM on Thursday to Saturday.
• Please ensure you check-in 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Cancelation policy
• Any cancelation prior to 24 hours of departure time are accepted with full refund of the booking amount.
• Cancelations within 24 hours of the departure time are not refundable.
• Eligible refund amount will be deposited to your bank within 7 working days.
Child policy
• Entry will be free for children under 2 years.
• Child rate applicable for children between the age of 2 – 15
• Full rate applicable for children above 15years.
